About this Workshop
This workshop demonstrates how AI can augment digital coaching and accelerate SME digital transformation roadmap building. Digital TAG provides an integrated platform that connects assessment, reflection, and action planning. It combines three key components:
- Digital Maturity Assessment - a structured self-diagnosis already tested in several pilot companies.
- Digital Transformation Canvas - an interactive tool that builds on assessment results to structure the organization's digital roadmap.
- AI Virtual Coach - an intelligent assistant using natural language processing and learning mechanisms to suggest actions, priorities, and training paths.
At AI Days, the project will be mid-term: the team will share field insights and best practices emerging from early workshops held with SMEs and Platinn coaches, showing how Digital TAG is transforming coaching methods.
Learning Objectives
- Participants will:
- Discover how Digital TAG platform supports digital transformation through AI-assisted coaching.
- Understand the design principles of the Digital Transformation Canvas and how it translates diagnostics into actions.
- Learn how to leverage assessment data to build a data-driven transformation roadmap.
- Explore early lessons and feedback from real SME workshops.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration or application within their own context.
