About this Workshop

Have you ever felt that you are not getting the most out of AI even though you already use it regularly at work? Or maybe you just can't get it to do what you want it to quickly as you need it?

You're not alone. The truth is, getting real value from AI isn't intuitive. The biggest difference between average and game-changing results comes down to how you talk to it.

In this workshop you will learn how to talk to AI and AI Agents in a bot-friendly way by using some of the latest AI prompting techniques from OpenAI, Microsoft, and Anthropic (Claude). These will make you much more effective with AI!

Description

Unlock AI's full potential in a hands-on workshop for business leaders—master prompting and turn real business challenges into actionable, AI-driven solutions. Using the latest prompting techniques from OpenAI, Microsoft, and Anthropic (Claude), learn to embed these skills into daily work: strategic planning, report analysis, and AI agent creation. Strengthen your leadership toolkit with practical exercises that deepen understanding and improve how effectively you use AI to drive business results.

This is a practical, hands-on workshop, so please bring your laptops!

Martin Söderberg

Senior Business Executive

Independent (former McKinsey Associate)

Martin is a long-time AI practitioner who first encountered AI as a student at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm a few decades ago. From early expert systems to today's LLMs, he has used AI to improve real business outcomes, optimizing customer-service processes in insurance and drawing on his experience as a McKinsey Associate to help executives accelerate strategy work such as competitor research, turning what typically takes six weeks into three days through structured AI workflows. He is pragmatic about impact and risk: AI outputs must be validated, and as organizations move from prompting to AI agents, strong governance becomes essential.
