By registering for AI Days @ HES-SO 2026 ("the Conference"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register for the event.

2. Event Registration

Registration for the Conference requires payment of the applicable fees. All fees are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.

3. Photography and Media

By registering for the Conference, you acknowledge and agree that you may appear in photographs, videos, and other media captured during the event. These materials may be used by HES-SO, the Swiss AI Center, and event partners for promotional purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, press releases, and marketing materials.

4. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward other participants, speakers, sponsors, and staff. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Liability

The organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during the Conference. Attendees participate at their own risk.

6. Changes to the Event

The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, venue, or format without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, registered attendees will be notified and refunds will be processed.

  • Selected event days (for multi-day registration)

Your personal data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Payment processing is handled by Braintree, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.
