The annual AI Days are organized by the Swiss AI Center for SMEs (CSIA-PME), funded by the Engineering and Architecture domain of HES-SO. They bring together AI researchers, developers, practitioners and users interested in artificial intelligence in French-speaking Switzerland.
Although the event is public and open to all, it is primarily intended for leaders and decision-makers from SMEs who want to learn how advances in artificial intelligence can support their activities. At the same time, academics, researchers and students are invited to join the conversation, creating opportunities for dialogue, collaboration and knowledge exchange between academia and industry.
Following the great success of previous years, AI Days 2027 will take place over three days in Yverdon-les-Bains, Geneva and Fribourg. The programme combines hands-on workshops, tracks and parallel sessions:

Authors can submit a contribution in one of the following categories.
Long and short contributions presenting novel research results. Novelty, scientific rigor and methods, as well as fit with the conference topics, are the primary considerations. Authors are expected to present their results at the conference. Academic contributions are peer-reviewed and published in the proceedings.
A one-page document presenting an AI-related innovation or project within a company. These contributions are not part of the proceedings but are presented during the conference.
Half-day (2 to 4 hours) to full-day workshops. The proposal should present the objective of the workshop, its format, the planned activities and the target audience.
Poster and interactive demonstration submissions showcasing ongoing research projects, AI systems and prototypes.
