Call for Papers
We invite submissions of original research papers on all aspects of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process and accepted papers will be presented at AI Days 2026.

Format Requirements
- •Submissions must be in PDF format.
- •If your paper has appendices, submit the appendix together with the main body and the references as a single file. Reviewers will not look for appendices as a separate PDF file.
- •Total file size may not exceed 10MB.
Page Limits
All page limits exclude references and appendices. The space for the latter is not limited in pages.
- •Long papers: 8 pages (+ 1 extra page for final version to respond to reviews)
- •Short papers: 4 pages (+ 1 extra page for final version to respond to reviews)
- •Industry track papers: 4 pages (+ 1 extra page for final version). Title must start with "Industry Track:"
- •Brief announcements: 2 pages. Original texts sharing insights from findings published in other peer-reviewed conferences, in a language relevant to Swiss AI Days attendees. Brief announcements are not anonymized.
Formatting Guidelines
- •Do not include author information or acknowledgments in your initial submission.
- •Place figure captions under the figure (omit titles from inside the graphic file). Place table captions over the table.
- •Do not alter the style template; do not compress the paper format by reducing vertical spaces.
- •Keep your abstract brief and self-contained, one paragraph and roughly 4-6 sentences.
- •The title should have content words capitalized.
- •If your paper claims a significant contribution with code artifacts, upload anonymized code to an anonymous git repository or anonymous.4open.science and link to it from within the paper.
