Workshop Guidelines

We invite contributions of hands-on workshops designed to foster AI adoption and collaboration. Workshops can take the form of tutorials, practical training sessions, or collaborative work sessions covering all stages of an AI pipeline.

What to Include in Your Proposal

Please include the following information in your single page proposal describing relevance and format:

• •Workshop Title: Clear and descriptive title
• •Organizers: Names, affiliations, and brief bios
• •Relevance: Why this workshop is important for AI Days attendees
• •Learning Objectives: What participants will learn or accomplish
• •Format & Duration: Detailed schedule (2h, 4h, or full day)
• •Prerequisites: Required knowledge or tools participants should bring
• •Materials: Any equipment, software, or datasets needed

Evaluation Criteria

• •Relevance to AI adoption in SMEs and practical applications
• •Clarity and feasibility of the proposed format
• •Quality of learning objectives and expected outcomes
• •Experience and expertise of organizers
