Submission Guidelines

We invite poster and interactive demonstration submissions showcasing ongoing research projects, AI systems, prototypes, and visual presentations of AI applications. This format is ideal for work-in-progress, preliminary results, or innovative demos that benefit from direct interaction with attendees.

What to Include in Your Submission

  • Title: Clear and concise title of your poster or demo
  • Authors: Complete list of authors and their affiliations
  • Abstract: Concise description (max 2000 characters) covering:
    • Research question or problem addressed
    • Methodology or approach used
    • Key findings or features (if applicable)
    • Significance and potential impact

Posters

Ideal for presenting:

  • Preliminary research results
  • Work-in-progress projects
  • Literature reviews and surveys
  • Novel methodologies or frameworks
  • Dataset and benchmark descriptions

Demonstrations

Ideal for showcasing:

  • Interactive AI systems and prototypes
  • Live demonstrations of AI applications
  • Software tools and platforms
  • Hardware implementations (robots, IoT devices)
  • Interactive visualizations

Poster Format Requirements

  • Size: A0 portrait (84.1 cm width × 118.9 cm height)
  • Orientation: Portrait only (vertical)
  • Format: High-resolution PDF for printing
  • Design: Clear fonts (minimum 24pt for body text), high-contrast colors

Note: Final poster files will be requested upon acceptance

Important: Authors will be expected to attend poster sessions to present and discuss their work with attendees. Poster sessions will take place throughout the three days of the conference (March 23-25, 2026).
